Established in 2007, Akizu Sushi Bar & Grill was created from a genuine appreciation for Japanese culture, cuisine, and hospitality. That connection began during our founder's college years studying in Japan, where firsthand experience offered a deeper understanding of traditional culinary techniques and the care behind Japanese cooking.
Over the years, that passion led to the opening of three Japanese restaurants, each built around the same commitment to quality and tradition. At Akizu, fresh ingredients, handcrafted sushi, genuine flavors, and warm service remain at the heart of what we do.
